Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates In addition to the above rates, an extra shipping amount will be added for Alaska & Hawaii. T Order Tracking Tracking emails are sent once the USPS tracking becomes available, usually within a day or 2 of the order being placed. Sometimes these emails get filtered into spam/junk folders so check there if you are not seeing anything. If you are unable to find the automated tracking email, you can send a tracking request here. **NOTE** We are not responsible for stolen packages. Return Policy We will gladly accept returns made within 30 days of your order. Returned items must be in original unused condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Please do not return items that have been washed, printed on or that are otherwise unable to be resold. These items are not eligible for a return. Once the return has been received at the warehouse, it can take a few days to a week to process before your refund will be issued. The refund will be for the cost of the items and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
